This policy covers products whether physical or non-physical that are displayed on the website www.moonshard.com. The terms hereunder pertain to the shipping and delivery of physical and non-physical products. The following terms used in the policy are clarified as such;

“The website” refers to “www.moonshard.com”, the “Facebook Page” refers to https://www.facebook.com/moonshardfashion. The term “Ads” & “Adverts” refer to the marketing and advertising of products and services offered by www.moonshard.com through its Facebook Page. The term “carrier” refers to “Shipping service provider”.

Shipping

           Physical orders are shipped through various shipping service providers across the globe whereby such organisations are but is not limited to, Moonshard Standard Shipping, FedEx and DHL. Orders placed from Monday through Friday during office hours which are 04hr00 GMT till 13hr00 GMT and Saturday 04hr00 till 08hr00 GMT may be processed on the same day, if not on the next working day. Orders placed outside the hours aforementioned will be processed on the next working day. A lead time of 5 working days per order is required for processing and reconciliation.

           Shipping time vary depending on regions. Taxes associated with your region is endorsed only by you and not by the website.

            Shipping delays may be expected due to uncontrollable conditions such as weather conditions and processing time of shipping carriers. The website will not be held liable for any delay in shipping of physical products. Availability of Real-time tracking of orders depend upon the carrier. We will provide you with updates on the status of your order to your email address.

Shipping Rates

            Shipping rates vary between products and may be changed without notice at any point in time. Fluctuations depend on our service providers who may alter their respective rates. Taxes and custom charges are handled by us except in cases of legal infringements and if the custom charge is 50% or more than the product price.

Lost or undelivered order​

            The website will not be held responsible if a package or order is undelivered or lost if the customer has misspelt his/her name, address and other relevant contact details. In cases of lost or undelivered order, please contact us through the website or our Facebook page with relevant details about your order. An enquiry will be conducted and resolve your issue accordingly. For legitimate cases of undelivered order, the website will refund the customer or re-dispatch the order.

Returns and Refunds​​

             Return of products are at the expense of the customer. Such products must be unworn, without damage to the product tags. Refunds will be issued if legitimate reason is provided and after examination of the product.
